A Chanel Christmas window display at Printemps
Want to decorate your place but don’t want to spend a lot of money then here are two tutorials for you.
The first is for making snowflakes out of junk mail.

And the second is making stars out of cellophane.

They are both super easy, cute and will cost you nothing.

Versace for H&M.
Can I just say that I’d wear that jacket at 2:04?
Oh… and Prince and Versace? Fantastic music with fantastic fashion? I absolutely adore it! -Gina
8-Bit Fashion - by Kunihiko Morinaga
Anrealage is a shop in Harajuku, Tokyo that specializes in pixelated clothing designs, but if you visit their store you can see an entire room in all its nostalgic 8-bit glory, right down to the pixelized light bulbs (that work!) and pixel carpet patterns. I’m just curious where they keep the power-ups.

Oh my… it’s as if my love for video games and fashion have collided! I like this a lot— especially the shoes! I’m all for making an artistic statement through attire and I’m sure all of this stuff would turn some heads! -Gina
I hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween for this 2011! I took advantage of the holiday to prance around in my Rococo-inspired Lolita dress on campus (which a visual provided in a picture of horrible webcam quality goodness!).

Now, although I am slightly uncomfortable in wearing this style and indulging in it more (or as much as I used to when I was just a wee little high schooler) so I have found little ways to incorporate Lolita into my personal style (see the example below).

For those who need a better explanation of Lolita, see this journal.
Bizarre and unique fashion is indeed my specialty and I hope to be able to expose and display more of it in this blog! I plan on showing perhaps a Victorian style and a retro style that is… interesting… to say the least.
Anyways…
So tell me, what was your Halloween costume?

Who loves DIY fashion? I know I do! Soon i will be posting a tutorial but in the mean time here are some links to sites that feature tutorials of all kinds for you to try out.
Having a Halloween themed wedding? Or getting married anytime soon?
Would you consider wearing a black gown rather than wearing a traditional white gown?
If so, check out Vera Wang’s Bridal Goth Collection.
ooooo la la! I LOVE!
BONUS POST! Betsey decide to draw these on her model’s legs during the Spring 2012 show <3 Love it! -Gina
Okay… Betsey put a live stream on this show before I became a blogger for SFA and I was so pumped! And when I found these pics I almost fell over in happiness!
Funky and fabulous as always, Ladies and Gentlemen… Betsey Johnson’s Spring 2012 -Gina
I love Taylor Swifts Style, she is classy & orinigal. Definitely my fashion role model :)

Aged and beautiful.
Watch this video about Cindy, a 60 year old model not afraid to let people see her true self. Women like her are an inspiration and we need more of them. Don’t hide your natural beauty whether you’re 15 or 60 years old.
